Sessions are conducted over a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You will receive an e-mail or text reminder with a link to google meet. Once signed in I will accept you into the meeting. If there are technical difficulties or we are disconnected I will call you using the phone number on file.

Yes. Many insurance companies reimburse a significant portion of the cost of psychotherapy. For insurance purposes, I am considered an out-of-network provider.

It's best to determine the exact details of your policy ahead of time, including what benefits are available regarding out-of-network providers and if your insurance will reimburse several hours of therapy in one day or one week.

I will provide you with a Superbill for all direct contact therapy services included in the program.

Your first session lets us discuss your concerns, goals, and background. We will explore what brought you to therapy, identify your emotional and relational patterns, and begin developing customized goals for a personalized treatment plan.

• Short-term therapy is typically between 8-20 sessions and is often focused on symptom reduction.

• EMDR can be between 3-12 sessions but more time will be needed based on complexity. Single incidents can be resolved within 1-3 sessions.

• Long-term therapy may last for several months or years and is often focused on exploring the underlying causes of symptoms and working through the emotional and psychological impact of traumatic experiences.

• Some clients continue therapy even after they feel better to work on new goals or maintain their progress.
